Royalty: 10% – 15% on sales or reproductions


3. Digital & Media License

4. Interior, Architectural & Public Licensing
•     Murals
•     Large‑scale reproductions

Licensing flat fee: A$ 10,000 – 25,000

Royalty: 12% – 18% on project value

5. Advertising & Campaign License

•     Advertising campaigns

Royalty: 8% – 12% on campaign budget or media spend

 

6. Fine-Art Print Reproduction License

•     Limited edition prints

•     Gallery reproductions

Licensing flat fee: A$ 1,000 – 5,000

Royalty: 10% – 15% on print sales

7. Non-Exclusive Buyout

•     Multiple clients may license the artwork

•     Limited rights

Licensing flat fee: A$ 5,000 – 15,000

Royalty: 5% – 10% on sales or reproductions

 

8. Exclusive Buyout

•     Full transfer of copyright and all rights

•     One-time payment

Licensing flat fee: A$ 20,000 – 50,000 depending on artwork and scope

Royalty: None (full buyout)


Usage Rights


Licensing agreements are tailored to:
•     Duration. Standard 2-year license, renewable.
•     Territory. Regional (South Africa) or Global
•     Exclusivity (exclusive priced at 1.5× standard rates)
•     Reproduction format
•     Print run or distribution scale


All agreements include clear terms to protect the integrity of the artwork and ensure archival‑quality reproduction.


Commissioned Work


Custom artworks, monotypes, and site‑specific installations may be commissioned for:
•     Architectural projects
•     Environmental or land‑art contexts
•     Corporate spaces
•     Private collections


How to Request a License


To request permission to use an artwork:
1.     Provide the artwork title or image reference
2.     Describe the intended use
3.     Specify duration, territory, and distribution
